Corporate Travel Consultant: Candidate should have first hand travel experience. Candidate should be self-motivated, articulate, possess strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record as a team player with the highest level of professionalism. Eligibility requirements include:

*Experience (2-5 years) as a corporate travel consultant with domestic and international background

*Experience with GDS reservation system (Amadeus strongly preferred)

*Ability to assist in all aspects of arranging/booking travel including air, rail, hotel, car and alternate ground transportation, including strong aptitude for booking highly complex multiple leg international itineraries

*Promotion and maintaince of excellent client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response, positive telephone and service techniques

*Effective use all computer systems and tools to ensure consistency and adherence to processes and procedures

*Proactive recommendations of alternate routes and lowest available fares

*Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle  high volumes with strong written and verbal communications skills while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor

*Knowledge of Industry codes and geography

Technology & Operationial Excellence Coordinator: Aladdin Travel is seeking a Technology and Operational Excellence Coordinator. The main focus of this role is to provide support to the Technology & Operational Excellence Team. This position will work to implement new accounts and arm the corporate travel advisors with everything they need to know when booking travel for a specific account. The position requires technical skills, including strong problem solving and logical analysis skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate requirements with technology team to ensure smooth implementations of new accounts
  • Support Technology & Operational Excellence Team with all aspects of online booking tool implementation, configuration and testing of client sites within set implementation timeline.
  • Update the Technology & Operational Excellence team on changes/enhancements to products so that other departments have sufficient product information for sales, training and account management functions
  • Participate in any internal and external client calls
  • Manage Queues
  • Input and maintain company profiles in Amadeus
  • Ensure problems are monitored and escalated to Management when necessary for resolution
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as required

Skills & Experience

  • Working knowledge of Amadeus or any GDS preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs
