"I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for one of your Travel Consultants.  Her name is Carla Staples.  While I have used your services many times related to [corporate] travel, this is the first time I have used your services for a family vacation.
  I was referred to Carla to set up a Disney Vacation which included my wife and I, our two children and my father.  After a brief conversation, Carla set our plans as if she had known us for years.  She completely took the stress and time consumption out of the planning and molded a vacation that fit all of our needs.
  We are scheduled to travel tomorrow and last night we received word that my father's brother (my uncle) passed away.  For obvious reasons, my father has decided to back out of the trip.  I informed Carla this morning fully expecting that we would not be able to receive any refund for any part of the trip.  Within about 30 minutes, Carla had gotten us a voucher for the airline ticket and got a partial refund from Disney.
  Due to Carla's service and assistance, not only will I continue using Aladdin personally, but I will also refer anyone I can to your agency.  Further, I would have done this with or without the refund she got for us. [He] was scheduled to depart GSO, connect in CLT, and eventually land at DFW.  USAir called to let us know the GSO flight would be delayed due to a maintenance issue.  Their later offering would have likely meant missing his CLT connection to TX.  We contacted Susan and she provided numerous alternate options. [He] selected his preference, and she proceeded to work out the re-ticketing between USAir and American.  While she was dealing with the carriers, one of them somehow deleted his original return flight from the system! But Susan persevered! I was unfortunately seated a the rear of the plane and knew I’d be at the end of a very long line at special services by the time we deplaned.  I called the after hours number while I was still on board and within 15 minutes, they had me booked on another flight to my destination (Tampa). The following day, I was scheduled to depart Tampa at 330pm and I received a last minute request ... to visit ...[a] client.  Again, I called in and spoke to one of your representatives who not only put me on a later flight, but was able to get the $150 change fee waived.  I know your people live in a world where the best day is one during which nothing goes wrong, so I thought you’d appreciate hearing some kind words of appreciation.
