Passion Fruit Vanilla Vinaigrette
1 cup Passion Fruit Puree
1 Pod Vanilla Bean, pulp (substitute with 2 tsp vanilla extract)
½ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
6 cups Cottonseed Oil
2 cup Granulated Sugar
Emulsify ingredients in a blender. Adjust to personal taste.
